Tolari is the hub: it presents, documents and links the 14 platforms. Tools implement browser-side operations; some resources load from third parties. Built static-first: this repository defines browser-side tools and static assets; live CDN and origin behavior must be confirmed with the hosting provider. No login, no credits, installable as an app (PWA). The app shell and deterministic tools can work offline after caching; some file engines need an initial connection.
